I Remember my password and I told it to them but they still couldn't release the email, that seems so silly to me. To narrow down the list, enter in the search field. I Gave them the tracking number, my full name, address, item that came inside the box with said tracking number, but what they literally told me is that they cannot give out the email attached to the account unless I tell them the email attached to the account. I Called Amazon and they told me that they would be able to find the email by using one of the tracking numbers from an item that was shipped.
