If you’re like me (lazy and love food) i’d honestly say go for it. I wish I had known about it when I was pregnant because there was workouts for each trimester. But I can honestly say it’s the best money I’ve spent.

I’ve just tried one of the recipes and it was delicious, I had to add my own twist to it as not all the ingredients are easy to come by in the UK. The workouts are fantastic and range from 10 mins to 45 mins. I’m beginning to feel strong and confident again. The postnatal bounce back exercises were just what I needed to ease back into it although some of the moves were a little difficult as my mum tum occasionally got in the way. 8 years later I put another 5 stone on with my second pregnancy and my daughter is almost 4 months and I’ve already lost 2 almost 3 stone. I ate what I wanted at the time and only once I managed to do it 3 times a week yet the weight was still coming at a gradual pace. It was only 20 minutes long so it worked well for me. I put on 5 stone with my first pregnancy and it wasn’t until 9 months later and I discovered the 30 day shred the weight started to fall off.
